Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or returns for a change of mind as many of our products are personalized. Mock-Ups are always sent to ensure you are happy with the final product before printing.

We stand by the quality of the products that we sell using supplies and materials from trusted suppliers. We list items as accurately as we can. We pack items with care and check them before they are dispatched. But not every element of every item can be checked and occasionally an item may have a genuine manufacturer’s fault in it that’s outside our control.

If an item does have a genuine manufacturer’s fault, we will meet all of our legal obligations as a retailer under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a replacement or a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are “faulty”, “not fit for their advertised purpose” or “significantly don’t match their description”.

If an item has a genuine manufacturer’s fault, you’ll be required to send it back to us for inspection so we can refund or replace it depending on the severity of the issue.

We can’t be held responsible for items that are not used in their advertised way, where an item is ordered at the last minute and does not arrive in time for an event or if you change your mind and no longer want an item. Please ask us before you buy if you have a question about something so we can help.

We are approachable people and will always work hard to help you, so please contact us as soon as you are able to if there’s a problem so we can work together to find a solution.

 

International Customs, duties and Charges

Whenever purchasing on the Internet from another country you might be subject to taxes or charges when purchasing items, depending on the customs threshold and rules set by the government of your country.

Some countries like the UK, NZ and Canada apply additional charges to receive packages so if you are ordering from outside of Australia please check to see if customs charges would apply on your order and factor that in to your allowances for timing and budget. The shipping charges you pay us do not include any customs charges – if applicable you will pay those directly to your government. We cannot contribute towards those costs or give you advice on the thresholds or what the amounts you need to pay might be.

When additional customs fees apply in your country, this is the sole responsibility of you, the purchaser.
